Check out reviews from other customers as well if they are available.
- Ask your friends. This is always the best option. Most likely, a friend or two has had water heater issues in the past. Ask them who they had to do their installation. Was the installation O.K.? Did the plumbing contractor clean up after himself? The obvious question is, were they happy with the price they paid for the quality of work that was done?
