  1. Make sure there is nothing blocking the warm air flow
  2. Check to make sure the thermostat is all the correct level
  3. Check the furnace filter to make sure it is clean
  4. Make sure that the breakers have not tripped

Before calling a furnace repair technician make sure that you have moved the thermostat up and couple of degrees. You should hear the fan belt kick in, which will generate the blower to blow the warm air through your heating ducts. If you still are not receiving any heat, call a heating professional and he will come in to inspect the problem as well as make the furnace repair that is needed.
