Your Question– “Water keeps coming up from my floor drains in the basement. The water is clean. I had the septic cleaned out and snaked all drains in the house. Two of the times it happened after a toilet didn’t stop refilling its tank. That has been fixed, but I’m not sure why that small amount of water continuously running from the tank would cause the floor drain line to back up. The third time it happened I was near the downstairs bathroom and a bunch of air came bubbling out of the toilet there. Any ideas? Thank you!”
Our Answer– In our opinion, you have a clogged main drain line between the house and the tank or a full tank. If you feel your drain lines are clear then we would recommend using a camera to check your drain lines.
